GBG Report – 10/10/2022

I want to thank everybody for the great effort this past season of GBG. We were on the old map this season. We partnered with BooYah to swap the northern half of the map and with Vanguard’s Fort to swap Quadrant B. Quadrant C was the worst part of the map and ended up being a free for all with some cooperation with Free Agents.

BooYah and Vanguard’s Fort were good partners, they did their best and the exchange was very well-managed. Several stepped up to help lead and things went very smoothly.

Believe it or not, this ended up being our best season ever! We had both more advances and more fights than ever, narrowly beating out our previous best. Hard to believe that we accomplished this on the old map, where fights are normally fewer than on the new map. We ran this season about as efficiently as possible.

I estimate that guild members won more than 225,000 FPs this season, which is really the number that counts the most in any season of GBG and why we do this in the first place. This is a very strong number for us.

We finished 1st this time. This is our 42nd time finishing 1st since being in Diamond. Finishing 1st means that we gain 175 League Points and remain at 1,000 LPs (1,000 LPs is the maximum), which means that we will stay in High Diamond.
